My name’s John, I’ve been a web copywriter for 15 years, and I founded blogsfordays because sourcing high-quality, engaging web content can be a ballache. A non-stop hamster wheel that eats up too much time and resource. But now, that’s a thing of the past.

It's about time
That’s why blogsfordays exists. Time is so precious, we don’t have a lot if it and we should be spending as much of it as possible on doing what we love. Whether that’s building a business, chasing a dream or reading your child a book and seeing them light up, when you’d usually be working.
I want you to do more of this, that’s the reality of blogsfordays, I’m welling up just writing it. That’s why I set it up, and it’s dawning on me now that that’s what lights me up, too. I’m aligned to my purpose. I have kids, a beautiful wife and I’m trying to carve out a fulfilling professional life for myself too, I’m grateful to be in this situation, don’t get me wrong, it’s not a problem, it’s a privilege. And I’m prepared to invest in anything and anyone who can help me maximise my time building my dream, and maximise my time with my family.

I feel your content pain
I’ve been there, needing regular content to keep rankings healthy but not having the time to do it myself or knowing how to find a top copywriter. I’ve used content spinners (remember them?), which were terrible, but Google wasn’t as sophisticated so you got away with it. I’ve trawled freelancer sites, filtering responses and taking a punt on a writer. And I’ve used foreign writers, which were uber-professional and cheap, but obviously lacking in mother tongue English and writing ability, meaning heavy editing and hand holding, which voided the cost benefit in time lost.
A lot of pain, but a lot of learning which got me to this point, where I can offer each access to great writers that can deliver high-quality web content that boosts brand and business, delivers ROI.

I’d been clambering to start a business for a while, and most ideas required me to head outside my wheelhouse, so they were non-starters. Then this one brought together everything, it’s given me ikigai. I am able to do something I love (helping people get things done and progress), something I’m good at (delivering great copy), something people want (easy access to expert-written web content), and something I can get paid for. We’re right at the start, but we’ve got a load of experience and a passion for growing this and continually powering your plans.
